Photo Sunday – Some Favorite Quilt Projects

Happy last Sunday in January! Can you believe we’re nearly through the first month of 2017 already? Today’s Ultimate Blog Challenge writing prompt is to share a photo–such as one of a product we have created. I thought I’d expand on that and share a few instead of just one! So today is Photo Sunday on my blog and here are some of my favorite quilt projects I’ve created over the years in my K-Lee’s Kreations business!

I made this quilt and two pillows with solid color flannels and imprinted photos for a customer a few years ago.

For the same customer as above, I then made another modified log cabin quilt and a bag with imprinted photos, and solid color flannels.

I made this quilt and pillows for my middle daughter and son-in-law as a wedding gift in 2013.

This was the first quilt I made for hubby and me about 13 years ago.

I made this quilt for my oldest daughter about 12 years ago; sadly, she lost it in a fire a few years ago (working on a new one now, same design, different colors!)

I made this quilt for a co-worker to give to his wife for Christmas several years ago. LOVE the colors!

I made this memory quilt and pillow for a customer in honor of her family’s “Nana” –or “Boppa” as they called her–several years ago. I was pleased to find a source for specialty fabrics to honor their Jewish faith.

AND sometimes I have “helpers” when I’m making quilts! 🙂

So What About YOU?

If you’re a blogger, do you ever share photos instead of a regular post?

Do you have a favorite quilt or quilt/pillow set from those I shared?

Lovely work! I was partial to the two you gifted your daughter and husband. Maybe it was the love sewed into every stitch! 🙂

Thanks for this useful information; this will help me a lot. And inspire to create something new.

Hi Karen. I have friends that quilt, and my daughter’s mother-in-law is a quilter. I helped with a quilt that she was working on, but I don’t think I would be able to do it. It hurts my hands too much. But your quilts are lovely.

Thanks for sharing the lovely pictures. I haven’t done a picture post, but I may do that soon!
