Finally Friday – Pondering Changes to Improve Quality of Life

Anything in Your Life?

Well, I missed blogging yesterday, due to other obligations, and I found myself pondering the concept of how our plans change, often either with or without our full agreement! Then I recalled this interesting question that came up in a blog challenge one time:
If you could change one thing about your life right now,
what would it be?
I’ve pondered this, and it’s difficult to choose just ONE thing…but I do know one area that would in turn help improve other areas in my life.
The one thing I would like to change at this moment would be my health; improving my health would include:
*Losing weight to reach the healthy level my doctor has recommended and then maintaining it.
*Managing asthma, allergies, and all respiratory-related illnesses.
*Managing hypothyroidism and all its related issues.
*Managing age-related issues more effectively, such as menopause, lack of focus, and distraction.
I think these health-related changes would vastly improve my daily life with higher energy and production levels, and not only help me have more motivation, but also act on it. Above all, I want to be more successful in finishing what I start, meeting deadlines, and fulfilling expectations.
I believe a change for the better in my overall health would facilitate a higher rate of success in my personal and professional life…not to mention, keep me around longer for the sake of my husband, kids, and grandkids!
